HYDRAULIC ELECTROMAGNETS

Hydraulic electromagnets are among the ideal equipment for the collection of ferrous materials derived from industrial demolitions and are mainly used in plants used for demolition, recycling and scrap storage. They are versatile equipment, they can in fact be installed on numerous machines, loaders or excavators, which are normally found on construction sites. This allows you to use the same equipment on different machines, offering an advantage in terms of comfort and efficiency.

The hydraulic electromagnet range includes three types of hydraulic electromagnets: a model with a plate with teeth (ID), one with a plate attachment (IP), and one including a chain (IC).

  • Hydraulic chain electromagnets are specifically designed for efficient scrap handling and cleanup, making them ideal for use in recycling facilities and scrap yards. They are typically mounted on loaders but can also be effectively used with excavators, providing versatility across different job sites. Engineered for maximum efficiency, these electromagnets offer an optimal capacity-to-weight ratio, ensuring superior performance in material handling applications.

  • Hydraulic electromagnets with quick coupling plates are designed for seamless attachment without the need for manual operator intervention. Their precise positioning on materials enhances efficiency and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the coupling plate can be customized or modified to meet specific application requirements, ensuring optimal compatibility with various machinery. These electromagnets are most commonly mounted on excavators, providing a versatile and efficient solution for material handling.

  • Hydraulic electromagnets with teeth are primarily used in demolition sites, where their specialized design loosens debris, facilitating the efficient extraction of ferrous materials. The teeth feature a quick-release mechanism and are easily replaceable to ensure minimal downtime in case of wear. Additionally, these electromagnets come equipped with a quick coupling plate, allowing for seamless attachment without manual intervention. Due to their substantial weight, they are typically paired with excavators and other heavy machinery, making them ideal for demanding material handling applications.
